Saddle Shoes!

Bonjour!
These are my saddle shoes! Im totally in love with them because they go with practically everything. Mine are actually school uniform but please give them a chance! Teen Vogue's April edition featured a pair by Robert Clergerie (http://www.teenvogue.com/style/market/feature/2009/03/military-inspired-spring-style?slide=6) and Marc by Marc Jacobs has something similiar (http://www.marcjacobs.com/#lookId=3&folder=/marcbymarcjacobs/women/springsummer09/shoes&).

Downtown

This a dress I got at Cherry Pick Vintage on Vermont.

My sunglasses are from the Sunset Junction Street Fair, I can't remember where the dress is from, the vest is from Polkadots and Moonbeams, the black chunky bracelet is Tom Binns, the pink beaded necklace from Forevr 21 is posing as a bracelet, and the gold bangles were a gift. I just took a plain grey ribbon as a belt.

The dress is from the Rosebowl Pasadena swapmeets, the hat is from the Hatshop on Melrose, and the shoes are from Nordstroms.

The dress is from These Old Rubies, a reconstructed vintage from These Old Rubies in West Hollywood, the shoes are Jean-Michel Cazabat from American Rag, and you already know where the hat is from.

The dress is from the American Rag vintage section, the clutch is Marc by Marc Jacobs, the hat is The Hatshop in Melrose, and the shoes are Jean-Michel Cazabat from American Rag.

The dress is from the American Rag vintage section and the beaded necklace is from Forevr 21.

Forevr 21 top, the bangles were a gift, the pants are from a vintage shop in Chicago, the fedora is from The Hatshop on Melrose, and the shoes are from some store in Kingston ...I think it has the word Office in it.

The coat is from Alice Underground (a vintage shop in New York), and the belt is stolen from my mother!

Bonjour!
I've been meaning to make a fashion blog for such a very long time but, like so many things in my life, I just didn't have the time. Well, now it's summer and I have all the time in the world so enjoy! Oh and before I forget, the gorgeous model in these pics are courtesy of my bestest friend.

xoxo Valentine (pronounced Vahl-en-teen!)
