Bonjour! As you probably have guessed, I am ECSTATIC about having met La Roux. Her performance at the Troubadour was anything but disappointing. Sonora, Kamil, and I all bonded while we were waiting to meet Elly. The staff and management took pity upon us, because we were the only ones who waited for an hour to meet her. They gave us all loft passes and waved the 18 and over rule for 10 minutes! Overall, it was a wonderful night and I still can't believe Elly's hair did not fall down throughout that entire show. xoxo Valentine
Bonjour! I went to Sportie LA, the trainer store, last week so that I could by myself a pair of white Supergas. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in white, but they did have my size in a pair of hideous gold ones. I thought I'd give it a go just in case. I ended up absolutely loving the gold, as they don't look ghetto at all on. xoxo Valentine

Bonjour! I bet my mother that I'd be able to go 60 days without wearing the same outfit twice. I had one day to go and was getting pretty desperate. At last I had run out of tops so I opted for a swimsuit...I know pretty crazy. I ended up liking the outcome so I thought I'd just post it for all of you. Also, I bought a new lipstick! It's a peachy coral color and I've been getting a lot of wear out of it. It's called Blase Apricot Revlon 702. I have to go clean my room now so toodles! xoxo Valentine
I WANT IT! Some of the best costumes popped up in Professor Slughorn's Christmas party scene. It's too bad I couldn't find a picture of Hermione's dress...oh weelll. Guess you'll just have to watch the movie! ^.^
Draco Malfoy/ Tom Felton definitely lucked out with this movie's wardrobe. The suits were impeccably tailored and I am loving the turtlenecks!

It took me FOREEEVER to find a picture of Katie Bell's coat. Okay, I know it's not a full body shot but at least you get a close up of the collar/scarf. I'm pretty sure they're combined which only adds to the coolness.

That coat was such a great find! It was only five dollars at Goodwill and it looks just like hers!!! I'm also wearing my lightning bolt skirt underneath to add to the whimsical effect.
Bonjour! Only a true Potter fan would wear purple woolen tights on a summer night in California. I was amidst my fellow brothers and sisters at the midnight opening and am pleased to say that I was definitely the best Luna. For my radish earrings, I just attached a bobby pin to an earring then proceeded in stabbing a radish with it. My Butterbear cork necklace was pretty easy, as I just threaded some string through a cork. My spectrespecs are indeed home-made! Silver sharpie, blue marker, purple marker, and an orange marker, thank you very much. Now to the real thing. As I mentioned, Tom Felton's wardrobe has considerably improved. The suits fit his more mature character much better then a school uniform would have, don't you agree? Finding all these pictures was a particularly grueling task but I didn't even notice some of these outfits in the movie. That dress Ginny Weasly was wearing, for instance, would have gone unseen by me. Anywho, I could go on for hours, as many of my friends already know, so I'm going to stop here. xoxo Valentine
Bonjour! Just fancied doing a quick post on espadrilles! If you're getting a little bored of the gladiator phase then perhaps you'll find these more to your liking. They tend to be a little more flattering around the ankles, too. It's quite a travesty that the Tory Burch pair are sold out, not that I could afford them anyway. Bonjour! Meet Nipper...the dog. He's been sitting in my living room ever since I can remember. Nipper's a LOT cooler then I am. I wreckon this outfit would have been pretty boring be it not for him and my saddle shoes. Funky shoes and a plastic dog ALWAYS help. It's really quite a shame my mother has such big feet, not that she'd let me borrow her shoes anyway, but crazy things happen all the time. xoxo Valentine
